Timothy J. Dougherty

Timothy J. Dougherty is a partner at Dougherty & Dougherty, LLP in Sioux Falls and has practiced law in South Dakota since 1984. Timothy’s practice includes lobbying, business and real estate transactions, wills and trusts, probate, and family law. Timothy graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1981 and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1984.
