Joel M. Mann is a highly skilled criminal defense attorney based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since founding his law firm in 2006, he has been dedicated to providing clients with personalized and strategic legal representation. Mr. Mann earned his B.A. in Political Science from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, in 1997. He then obtained his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2002. While in law school, he gained valuable experience through a clerkship with a criminal defense attorney, a summer internship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and participation in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he represented underprivileged juveniles.

After law school, Joel M. Mann worked in the Appellate Division of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. He then joined a Las Vegas criminal defense firm, where he refined his litigation skills. In 2006, he established his own firm to provide dedicated criminal defense representation. Over the years, he has successfully argued cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is also one of the few attorneys in Nevada sworn in before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Mann’s dedication to justice has resulted in numerous acquittals, dismissals, and reduced sentences for his clients. He is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has served as president of the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
