Jodi J. Fox

Jodi J. Fox is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in employment law and workers’ compensation. Since 2000, she has dedicated her practice to this area of law, representing self-insured municipalities, small businesses, and large national corporations.

Jodi is known for her practical, business-minded approach, working closely with her clients to understand their unique business models and philosophies. Jodi earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1998, where she also completed a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. During law school, she gained hands-on courtroom experience as a municipal prosecutor in the City Attorney’s Office, where she discovered her passion for litigation. After graduating, Jodi continued her legal career in the City Attorney’s Office and soon concentrated her practice on workers’ compensation law—a legal area she has focused on and developed deep expertise in ever since.

Admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kansas, Jodi has represented clients in various workers’ compensation matters, always focusing on delivering favorable outcomes while reducing liabilities. She is recognized as an AV-rated attorney and has been named “The Best of the Bar” and a Super Lawyer, reflecting her high professional standards and reputation among peers.
