Jitesh Dudani is an Executive Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Joseph & Norinsberg – NYC Sexual Harassment & Employment Discrimination Lawyers’ World Trade Center office. He represents employees in employment law, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and executive compensation disputes. He handles federal cases from commencement through resolution and leads conferences, mediations, negotiations, arbitrations, depositions, and other litigation proceedings. He has litigated hundreds of matters in New York and California federal courts and New York state courts.
Jitesh earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. He served as a student body representative and co-founded the Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association. He held the organization’s vice presidency while developing his leadership and legal research experience. He worked as an associate editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. He served as a staff editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
Jitesh gained experience with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and the California Attorney General’s Office. He previously worked at employment, commercial litigation, and high-profile litigation firms in New York. He joined the California Bar in 2017 and gained New York admission in 2018. He regularly serves as first chair during initial, status, pre-motion, pretrial, and settlement conferences. He has secured substantial settlements involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace violations.
Jitesh Dudani combines federal litigation experience with operational leadership and focused advocacy for employees. His reported results include a $2 million sexual-harassment settlement and a $1.425 million racial-discrimination settlement.
