Joseph H. Mizrahi

Joseph H. Mizrahi is a founding partner at Mizrahi Kroub LLP and a New York employment law and civil rights attorney. He represents employees in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims against employers of every size. He has led hundreds of class actions and individual lawsuits involving federal, state, and city civil rights protections. He focuses significant attention on removing digital and physical access barriers affecting blind and visually impaired people.

Joseph earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School Law School in 2015. He received his B.A. from Brooklyn College in 2010, graduating summa cum laude. He gained admission to practice in New York and several federal district courts. His federal admissions include every New York district and the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Joseph began his advocacy by confronting unlawful debt collection practices that harmed vulnerable consumers. He later expanded his work after learning how inaccessible websites prevented a blind client from using essential services.
