Jessica Palumbo

Jessica Palumbo is an estate planning and probate attorney focusing strongly on guardianship, trusts, and fiduciary matters. She practices at Gina Lynn Law and serves as a provisional member of the fiduciary panel of the Probate Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, handling sensitive conservatorship and guardianship cases.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2010 and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Boston College in 2006. While in law school, she was honored with the Kimberly Baker Irvin advocacy leadership award and served on the National Mock Trial Team and the criminal defense clinic. She also clerked for judges at the Massachusetts Superior Court, gaining valuable judicial insight.

Before joining her current practice, Jessica was an assistant public defender in Rhode Island. There, she represented Indigenous clients and those with complex mental health needs, tried dozens of cases, and developed a client-first approach rooted in compassion and strategic defense.

Jessica’s current legal focus includes estate planning, revocable trusts, living wills, minor trusts, probate administration, and guardianship law. Jessica is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
