Cagla earned her BA – Bachelor of Arts from California St Univ Long Beach in 2007 before pursuing her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 2012. Her academic background laid a solid foundation for her legal career, blending critical analysis with a deep understanding of estate and probate law.

Cagla began her professional journey as a Law Clerk at IP Business Law Firm, Antonio Sarabia, in 2005–2006, where she gained experience in intellectual property and business law. She later joined the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as part of the Deputy Prosecutor-Trial Attorney Partnership Program in 2013, sharpening her litigation and investigative skills. Between 2013 and 2014, she served as an Attorney/Investigator with Southern California Private Investigators, further strengthening her research and analytical expertise before continuing her private practice.

Cagla has been an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section, Orange County Bar Association, Solo Practitioner/Small Firm Section, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association since 2012. Her speaking engagement titled “Financial Secrets Revealed – Probate and Estate Taxes” in 2015 highlighted her commitment to client education and public awareness of estate-related financial issues.
