Natalie K. Winegar

Natalie K. Winegar is the Managing Partner of Long Reimer Winegar LLP, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her practice centers on estate planning, trust and estate administration, business planning, and real estate law. With a values-driven and practical approach, Natalie provides clients with strategic, personalized solutions for wealth transfer, succession planning, and business growth. She also serves as general counsel to several Wyoming private trust companies, advising on formation, governance, and compliance.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Music with honors in trumpet performance and a minor in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2004. In 2017, she completed the Governing Family Enterprises Executive Education Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado.

Throughout her career, Natalie has been deeply involved in professional and community service. She currently chairs the Wyoming State Bar’s Client Protection Fund Committee and serves on the Cheyenne Community Advisory Board of Jonah Bank of Wyoming. Her past roles include board service for Cheyenne LEADS, the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation, and the University of Wyoming College of Law Advisory Board.
