Jessica F. Ferrante

Jessica F. Ferrante is a highly accomplished Senior Associate Attorney at Rice Law, serving clients in Tennessee and Mississippi. Known for her precision, professionalism, and compassionate representation, she focuses her practice on divorce, family law, mediation, and custody matters.

Jessica earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Tennessee in 2009 and received her Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2012, where she graduated at the top of her class. She was admitted to the Tennessee Bar the same year and later to the Mississippi Bar in 2019.

Jessica’s legal experience spans high-conflict divorce cases, family law agreements, and complex post-judgment modifications. She is also a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator, resolving disputes efficiently without the need for courtroom litigation whenever possible.
