Jeremiah began his academic journey at Boise State University, where he earned a B.S. before pursuing his law degree. He completed his J.D. at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. This combination of practical and legal education laid the foundation for his career in civil rights litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Idaho State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.

Jeremiah is an experienced Boise attorney and proven legal leader. He has served in multiple leadership roles with the Idaho State Bar’s Young Lawyers Section, including Chair, Chair-Elect, and Networking Coordinator. He is an active member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the American Inn of Court No. 130, and he gives back to the profession by mentoring law students through Concordia University School of Law’s Legacy Mentor Program. Jeremiah’s peers recognized his impact early in his career when the Idaho Business Review named him an “Up and Coming Lawyer” in 2013.

Jeremiah is also a published author and legal speaker. His article, “Narrowing the Drone Zone: The Constitutionality of Idaho Code § 21-213,” co-authored with Nicholas Warden, was featured in The Advocate.
