Jeremiah Hudson is a civil rights lawyer with more than 10 years of experience representing plaintiffs in complex employment and constitutional litigation in federal court. Jeremiah is a founding partner of Fisher Hudson Brown Horton and previously co-owned Fisher & Hudson, where he built a reputation for effective, client-focused advocacy. He continues to champion the rights of individuals facing powerful institutions.

Jeremiah began his academic journey at Boise State University, where he earned a B.S. before pursuing his law degree. He completed his J.D. at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. This combination of practical and legal education laid the foundation for his career in civil rights litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Idaho State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.

Jeremiah has held leadership roles within the Idaho State Bar’s Young Lawyers Section, serving as Chair, Chair-Elect, and Networking Coordinator. He is an active member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the American Inn of Court No. 130. He also mentors future legal professionals through Concordia University School of Law’s Legacy Mentor Program. His peers recognized his contributions when the Idaho Business Review named him an “Up and Coming Lawyer” in 2013.

Jeremiah is also a published author and legal speaker. His article, “Narrowing the Drone Zone: The Constitutionality of Idaho Code § 21-213,” co-authored with Nicholas Warden, was featured in The Advocate. He continues to combine litigation with thought leadership, staying active in discussions surrounding evolving civil rights issues.
