Megan Torres earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from Purdue University. She later obtained her J.D. from Ohio Northern University, where she was honored as a member of the Order of the Barristers. She was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2013 and is also admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana.

Megan represents municipalities, school corporations, and small businesses in employment law matters, regularly defending against discrimination claims under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). With deep knowledge of the related federal regulations, she strategically guides clients through complex administrative investigations and proceedings.
