Jennifer Wilkens

Jennifer Wilkens is a highly experienced immigration attorney based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has been practicing law since 2017 and is the founder of Wilkens Law, LLC.

Her practice focuses on immigration law, where she assists clients with family-based petitions, naturalization applications, employment-based non-immigrant visas, and employment-based immigration. Her knowledge spans areas such as E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN visas, as well as PERMs and I-140 petitions, including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, which she earned Summa Cum Laude from Colorado Technical University. She went on to graduate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 2015. She has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2017. She has also been recognized for her professional achievements, earning the Rising Stars designation from 2020 to 2025.

Jennifer’s career in immigration law began long before becoming an attorney. She joined Hurley Immigration in 2002, where she gained significant experience working with employers and families on a wide range of immigration matters. After the retirement of her mentor, she pursued a legal education to continue providing high-quality immigration services as a licensed attorney. Today, she brings more than 22 years of experience in immigration law to her practice.

Jennifer is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
