Jennifer Maloney is a civil defense litigator and Member in St. Louis who represents businesses and insurers in complex disputes. She has built a strong practice focused on defending clients across industries, delivering effective advocacy in both state and federal courts.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2004 and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Southern Illinois University in 2001. Her academic background supports her detailed and disciplined approach to litigation matters.

Jennifer focuses on personal injury defense, product liability, premises liability, and transportation litigation. She also has experience in toxic tort, pharmaceutical liability, construction, and biometric privacy law, handling a wide range of complex legal issues for her clients.
