James Scott Kreamer

James Scott Kreamer is a Managing Member in Kansas City and an experienced commercial litigator. He has spent decades representing clients in high-stakes civil litigation, handling complex disputes across multiple industries while delivering strong advocacy in both trial and appellate courts.

Scott earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1989 and a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa in 1986. His education provides a strong foundation in business and law, shaping his approach to complex litigation.

Scott focuses on commercial litigation, including construction, financial services, insurance, surety and fidelity, personal injury defense, and product liability. He has served as national counsel in toxic tort and financial services litigation, managing cases involving detailed legal and factual issues.
