Jennifer Kroll is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law. She represents unions, employees, and retirees in both public and private sectors, handling a wide range of legal matters. Her expertise spans complex employment cases, wage and hour disputes, employee benefits class actions, and National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) issues.
Jennifer’s education played a pivotal role in shaping her career. She earned a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law in 1999, where she served as Associate Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. She also holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations from the prestigious Cornell University’s New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, obtained in 2000. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University.
Throughout her legal career, Jennifer has appeared before numerous federal courts in cases involving complex labor and employment matters. She has successfully represented employees, unions, and retirees in cases related to employee benefits, pension plans, and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Her legal work has made significant contributions to advancing employee rights in both the private and public sectors.
In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer is deeply involved in the legal community. She currently serves as the co-chair of the Complex Litigation Subcommittee for the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section’s Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee. She has also spoken at various panels and authored articles on labor and employment law.
