Jennifer E. McElderry

Jennifer E. McElderry is a partner whose practice focuses on personal injury, bankruptcy, civil litigation, and immigration matters. She represents individuals injured by the negligence of others, advocating for fair compensation while guiding clients through complex legal issues. Throughout her career, she has also handled consumer and business bankruptcy cases, appearing in court on behalf of clients and providing practical legal guidance tailored to their needs.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Music Performance, from Missouri State University in 2002, graduating cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2009. During law school, she clerked for Legal Aid of Western Missouri, served as a guardian ad litem, worked on post-conviction relief cases for death-sentenced defendants, and held leadership roles in the Student Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Art Law Society as its president.

Jennifer began her legal career at WM Law in 2009, where she focused on consumer and complex business bankruptcies, before transitioning to personal injury law in 2014. In 2016, she became a founding partner of House Packard McElderry, LLC, representing injured individuals and helping secure millions of dollars in settlements. She is an active member of the Kansas City Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA), and serves on the board of the Clay County Bar Association.
