About

Christina Caron-Moroney focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, county-level litigation, and other civil law matters. She brings a strong trial background to her work and helps clients address disputes that require careful preparation and practical legal judgment. Her experience includes courtroom advocacy, case evaluation, and litigation strategy for clients facing serious legal and financial concerns.

Christina earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. She later received her Juris Doctorate from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. After law school, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Warren J. Krug, then Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court of Calvert County, Maryland. This background gave her a strong foundation in legal analysis, courtroom procedure, and case management.

Christina previously served as a prosecutor in Prince George’s County, Maryland, where she worked for six years and handled hundreds of criminal cases. Her prosecution experience included matters involving murder, armed carjacking, robbery, human trafficking, rape, sexual assault, serial robbery, and serial burglary. She later applied that trial experience to civil litigation and has handled personal injury and workers’ compensation matters for more than seven years, including cases involving significant settlements and trial recoveries.

Christina Caron-Moroney is admitted to practice in Maryland, the Maryland Federal Court, and the District of Columbia. She is also a member of the Prince George’s County Bar Association, Calvert County Bar Association, and Prince George’s County Women’s Bar Association. In addition to her legal work, she teaches criminal justice courses as an adjunct professor at the College of Southern Maryland and has served in community outreach programs focused on public safety, youth support, and addiction recovery.
