Jenn C. Henderson

Jenn C. Henderson is a Little Rock criminal defense lawyer and an associate at ARlaw Partners who represents adults and juveniles facing felony, misdemeanor, delinquency, FINS, traffic, and DWI matters. She has represented hundreds of clients throughout Arkansas and has handled cases across every stage of the criminal process. Jenn earned her degree in criminology from Mississippi State University in 2018. She later earned her J.D. from the Bowen School of Law in 2024. She worked as a paralegal before law school and gained criminal defense experience with the Federal Public Defender’s Office, Pulaski County Public Defender’s Office, and several local criminal defense firms while completing her legal education successfully there.

Jenn maintains an active pretrial and posttrial motions practice focused on constitutional issues and law enforcement conduct. She has represented clients from juvenile intake interviews through capital murder jury trials. Her courtroom results include acquittals, speedy trial dismissals, suppression of evidence, and juvenile transfers.
