Jeffrey W. DeLoach

Jeffrey W. DeLoach is a seasoned trial attorney with broad experience in complex civil litigation across Georgia. His practice includes business and commercial disputes, personal injury claims, real estate litigation, franchise litigation, torts, and eminent domain matters. He has earned an AV-Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized as a “Georgia Super Lawyer-Rising Star” for four consecutive years.

Jeff earned his B.A, cum laude, from Furman University, where he was a four-year letterman on the Men’s Golf Team and served as co-captain during his senior year. He later obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, he served on the Mock Trial Executive Board and was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers and Phi Kappa Phi.

Jeff has built a strong record in trial and appellate advocacy. He has taken numerous cases to jury verdict in Georgia Superior Courts and has managed a wide range of arbitration proceedings. His courtroom experience covers disputes involving businesses, property rights, and personal injury claims, where he works to protect his clients’ financial and legal interests.

DeLoach has also handled appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Georgia. His ability to address both trial-level disputes and appellate issues allows him to guide clients through every stage of litigation. He is admitted to practice before all state trial and appellate courts in Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Georgia.
