Jeffrey Hellman

Jeffrey Hellman is an accomplished attorney. He specializes in complex commercial litigation. He has decades of experience representing individuals and businesses in high-stakes disputes.

Jeffrey’s practice focuses on contract disputes, fraudulent transfer litigation, partnership conflicts, and a wide range of debtor-creditor matters. Jeffrey practices in the Connecticut Superior Court and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Connecticut. He is a leading expert in bankruptcy litigation. He often lectures for the Norton Bankruptcy Litigation Institute and the Connecticut Bar Association. His topics include evidence, privilege, ethics, and fraudulent transfer law.

Aside from his litigation work, Jeffrey has contributed to the legal profession. He is a contributing editor for Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice 3d. He has also served on the executive committee of the Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association since 1996.
