Eviana J. Martin

Eviana J. Martin is a respected attorney. She co-founded the Martin Law Firm, P.L. She specializes in bankruptcy, personal injury, and probate law. She is deeply committed to justice. Eviana earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She completed her Bachelor of Arts at Barry University. In law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge William T. Smith in the Family Division of the Alachua County Courts.

Eviana also worked for Florida’s Twentieth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office. Licensed to practice law in Florida, she is also admitted to the Federal Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
