Jeffrey D. Goetz

Jeffrey D. Goetz is a shareholder at Dickinson, Bradshaw, Fowler & Hagen, P.C., with a practice focused on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, creditors’ rights, and crisis management. He represents debtors, creditors, committees, and trustees in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases, including some of the region’s most significant reorganizations and restructurings.

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1987. He is board-certified in both Business Bankruptcy Law (since 2007) and Consumer Bankruptcy Law (since 2015) by the American Board of Certification. His clients include insurance companies, financial institutions, and corporate entities facing insolvency, restructuring, and litigation challenges.
