Jeffrey B. Cadwell is a dedicated attorney with decades of legal experience focused on estate planning, probate, real estate law, and creditors’ rights. Jeffrey began his educational path at the Indiana University School of Business, earning his degree in 1979. He continued to pursue his Juris Doctor and graduated from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1982, becoming a licensed attorney at just 24 years old. His formal training laid the groundwork for a well-rounded and skilled legal career.
Jeffrey concentrates his legal practice in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate administration, and creditors’ rights. He has planned hundreds of estates and managed the probate process for many clients, offering dependable legal advice during times of need. His work helps families protect assets and ensure smooth transitions through complex legal systems.
Jeffrey has also tried more than fifty cases and recovered hundreds of unpaid debts on behalf of his clients. Jeffrey B. Cadwell is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts and in both the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He remains an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, participating in the Commercial and Bankruptcy Law and Estate Planning and Administration Sections.
