Aaron holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Troy University. He completed advanced language training in Arabic at the Defense Language Institute while serving in the U.S. Army. He earned both his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, graduating in 2016 with focused legal expertise in tax and estate matters.
Aaron’s practice includes drafting detailed trust instruments such as SLATs, QPRTs, IDGTs, and ILITs. Aaron has worked on multi-state trust and estate disputes, including fiduciary claims and will contests. He also guides business clients on formation and governance, preparing operating and partnership agreements for various entities.
Aaron’s legal background includes serving as a law clerk to Judge Marcelo Kopcow in Colorado’s 19th Judicial District and completing a judicial internship with the Denver Probate Court. These experiences deepened his understanding of judicial processes and estate litigation.
