Adam M. Warnke brings over two decades of legal experience to individuals and families facing the challenges of estate planning, elder law, long-term care, and asset protection. His dedication is rooted in personal experience, motivating him to guide others with clarity through legal complexities like Medicaid eligibility and veterans’ benefits.
Adam began his academic journey with an AB in French and Biology from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, which he earned in 1994. He continued his legal education at Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, obtaining his Juris Doctor and being admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2000. His foundation in both the sciences and law uniquely informs his empathetic and analytical approach.
Adam’s early career included serving as General Counsel for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and leading tobacco litigation for the Indiana Office of the Attorney General. He also contributed to healthcare reform by developing patient-focused management systems. These experiences enhanced his ability to address legal concerns with a balance of compassion and structure.
Adam holds accreditation to handle the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of veterans’ benefits claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is also an active member of the Elder Law and Probate, Trust, and Real Property sections within both the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association, contributing to the development of these legal areas.
