Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in economics from the University of Florida, then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1984. Jeffrey began his legal career as a commercial litigator, gaining valuable courtroom and dispute resolution experience.
