Peter T. Mooney is a partner with the firm, and his practice focuses on real estate, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy matters. Peter earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He later received a Master of Laws degree in 2005 from Wayne State University Law School, where he was a recipient of the Deloitte Touche Award, reflecting academic excellence and advanced legal training in his field.
In his litigation practice, Peter has represented clients in complex disputes and has argued cases before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Michigan Court of Appeals. His appellate experience demonstrates a strong command of legal analysis and advocacy at both the state and federal levels.
