Jeffery Greco

Jeffery Greco is a founding partner of Greco Neyland, PC and a New York City attorney handling criminal defense. He previously worked as a Harris County prosecutor and represents individuals facing state and federal charges, including drug offenses, DWI, and financial crimes. Through a separate practice, Greco Law, P.C., he also helps individuals and families with wills, trusts, and estate planning.

Greco received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He has also completed DUI defense training at Harvard Law School and training in standardized field sobriety testing and drug recognition. This additional instruction helps him examine police methods, investigative steps, and the reliability of evidence presented in impaired-driving cases.

His prior prosecutorial experience informs the way he assesses the evidence and prepares criminal defenses. He has handled criminal matters involving narcotics, impaired driving, and other serious allegations. He is admitted in New York, Texas, and California and before several federal courts. In estate planning, he works with clients on trusts and other documents intended to express their wishes and provide for loved ones.

Greco belongs to professional organizations including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College of DUI Defense. He has also been selected to Super Lawyers for criminal defense. His two practice areas involve different client needs, from responding to criminal charges to making plans for family assets. Jeffery Greco provides legal guidance intended to clarify clients’ options, obligations, and next steps.
