Jeff W. Rosen

Jeff W. Rosen is a seasoned attorney and firm shareholder. He has decades of experience in civil litigation, labor, and insurance defense. He also knows local government and employment law.

Jeff earned his Juris Doctor in 1982 from the American University Washington College of Law, where he wrote for the law review. In 1979, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Albany. He can practice in all state courts of Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. He is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and some federal courts.

Rosen concentrates his practice on representing state and local governments in high-stakes civil litigation. He handles complex cases involving constitutional violations and employment discrimination, as well as tort claims against cities, towns, school boards, and regional authorities.
