Michelle S. Nesbett is an accomplished attorney with expertise in federal white collar criminal defense, professional liability litigation, and complex civil litigation. A graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2006) and the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A. in Business-Economics, 2001), Ms. Nesbett is licensed to practice law in Alaska, California, the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Nesbett began her legal career as a prosecutor with the State of Alaska, where she developed her trial advocacy skills and gained valuable courtroom experience. She later founded and managed the law firm of Nesbett & Nesbett, PC, where she handled an array of civil and criminal matters for over a decade. Her extensive legal experience spans representing clients in False Claims Act violations, Grand Jury Subpoena responses, professional liability disputes before licensing boards, and appellate work before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Since joining her current firm in 2020, Ms. Nesbett has dedicated her practice to providing strategic and results-driven legal representation in complex cases.
