Jeff Roberts

Jeff Roberts is a highly experienced personal injury attorney based in Nashville, Tennessee. With a legal career dedicated to protecting the rights of injured individuals, Jeff brings compassion, persistence, and real-world insight to every case he handles. His approach reflects the values he learned growing up in a hardworking, blue-collar family.

Jeff earned political science degrees from both Volunteer State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law while working full-time at a personal injury law firm. This hands-on experience gave him a unique perspective and strong foundation to serve clients effectively.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jeff worked as an insurance claims adjuster. That role opened his eyes to the unfair tactics used to reduce or deny legitimate claims. Disheartened by the industry, he made it his mission to stand up for everyday people injured through no fault of their own. Since earning his law license in 1999, Jeff has never stopped fighting for justice.

Jeff handles a wide range of cases, including workers’ compensation, auto accidents, truck wrecks, disability denials, and civil rights violations. He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Western, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee. His tireless advocacy has earned him membership in The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and selection to The National Trial Lawyers “Top 100.”

In 2016, Jeff Roberts founded Jeff Roberts & Associates, PLLC, where he continues to represent clients throughout the state. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and shares his legal knowledge through CLE presentations in multiple states. In 2020, he also became an adjunct professor at Volunteer State Community College. Jeff remains committed to helping injured clients rebuild their lives through personal, experienced legal representation grounded in integrity and determination.
