Jeff Roberts is a highly experienced personal injury attorney based in Nashville, Tennessee. Jeff earned political science degrees from both Volunteer State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law while working full-time at a personal injury law firm. This hands-on experience gave him a unique perspective and strong foundation to serve clients effectively.

Before becoming an attorney, Jeff worked as an insurance claims adjuster, where he saw firsthand how insurance companies use unfair tactics to delay, reduce, or deny valid claims. Frustrated with the industry, he committed his career to protecting everyday people who are injured through no fault of their own. Since earning his law license in 1999, Jeff has been a dedicated personal injury lawyer, relentlessly fighting for justice and fair compensation for his clients.

Jeff handles a wide range of cases, including workers’ compensation, auto accidents, truck wrecks, disability denials, and civil rights violations. He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Western, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee. His tireless advocacy has earned him membership in The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and selection to The National Trial Lawyers “Top 100.”

In 2016, Jeff Roberts founded Jeff Roberts & Associates, PLLC, where he continues to represent clients throughout the state. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and shares his legal knowledge through CLE presentations in multiple states. In 2020, he also became an adjunct professor at Volunteer State Community College.
