Casey Elrod

Casey Elrod is a dedicated personal injury attorney who handles cases involving auto accidents, civil litigation, and serious truck crash fatalities. Casey earned a B.S. in Sociology, graduating summa cum laude from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. He then went on to complete his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 2017. During law school, Casey balanced a full-time job in the legal field while attending night classes to further his education.

In 2017, Casey was selected for the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. This month-long program, led by famed attorney Gerry Spence, is known for shaping strong trial advocates. After graduating, he became a member of the F-Warrior tribe, a community of dedicated trial lawyers committed to justice.

Casey is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and in several federal courts, including all three U.S. District Courts in Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. These credentials allow him to represent clients at both the state and federal levels. He holds recognition with the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been named among the National Trial Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40.”

In addition to his legal work, Casey Elrod serves as an elected official in his hometown, acting as both a county commissioner and a city council member in Carthage. His leadership experience and community involvement add depth to his understanding of local legal concerns.
