Jeff Prostok is a founding partner at Forshey Prostok, LLP, a law firm nationally recognized for its excellence in bankruptcy and restructuring law. With a career spanning over four decades, Mr. Prostok has successfully guided more than fifty businesses through reorganization under the bankruptcy code and has saved many others through strategic out-of-court workouts.
Mr. Prostok holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas (1981) and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University (1984).
Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Prostok focuses his practice on business reorganizations, debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy litigation, and distressed business acquisitions and refinancing.
