Jeff Lahann is a highly accomplished attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense. He has been practicing law since 1991, beginning his career as a prosecutor before transitioning to private defense. His career began in public service as a Senior Trial Prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial District Attorney’s Office. He later served for nearly a decade as a Deputy District Attorney for the Third Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Las Cruces, where he gained extensive trial experience handling serious felony cases.

In 2007, Lahann established his own firm, shifting his focus to criminal defense. With over 300 felony trials handled as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, he has a deep understanding of the legal system and how to challenge the prosecution’s case effectively.
