Jason earned a B.S. in Natural Resources from N.C. State University in 1995, followed by an M.F. from the same university in 1998. After gaining professional experience, he pursued legal education at Campbell University School of Law. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Campbell Law Review and graduated with his J.D. in 2005.
Jason practiced from 2005 to 2011 with a mid-sized law firm, where he primarily handled civil litigation matters after completing law school. During this time, he represented corporations, municipalities, and other organizations, building substantial courtroom and legal analysis skills. Over the years, his practice shifted toward representing individuals, which led him to focus on estate planning and administration. In 2011, he established his own practice to better serve individuals and families with personalized legal guidance.
