Jason M. Hatfield

Jason M. Hatfield is a dedicated Arkansas attorney focused on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and motor vehicle accidents. He represents injured people in matters involving car accidents, truck accidents, workplace injuries, construction accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and neglect, and Social Security Disability. His practice is built on strong advocacy.

Jason earned a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Arkansas in 1991. He earned an M.S. in Food Science from the University of Arkansas in 1994 and completed a master’s thesis published in the Journal of Food Quality. In 1997, he earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Leflar Law Center.

Since law school, Jason has represented clients in hundreds of depositions and bench trials. He has tried numerous jury cases in Arkansas Circuit Courts and Federal Courts. He has also reversed trial court rulings before the Arkansas Supreme Court and Arkansas Court of Appeals.

Jason is admitted in Arkansas, the 8th Circuit United States Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts. His court affiliations include the Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Social Security Administration, the Arkansas Circuit Courts, the Arkansas District Courts, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Arkansas Supreme Court, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the Cherokee Nation.

Jason has earned honors. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers, named to the Top 50 Arkansas Super Lawyers list for Personal Injury, selected as Arkansas Personal Injury “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers®, and rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.

Jason M.
