Shannon A. Allen

Shannon A. Allen is a partner whose practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, business litigation, and employment litigation. She provides legal counsel and support throughout all aspects of representation, including crisis management. By understanding each client’s goals, she develops strategies tailored to address specific concerns and legal challenges.

Shannon earned her J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School. She also earned her B.S., with honors, from University of Southern California. Her education supports a practice focused on complex litigation matters involving trusts, estates, businesses, and employment-related disputes in both state and federal courts.

Shannon is an experienced civil litigator who represents business and individual clients in a wide range of disputes. She litigates and tries cases in state and federal courts. She is also regularly retained by national in-house corporate counsel and outside litigation counsel to provide local representation throughout Wisconsin.

Shannon is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, U.S. District Court Colorado, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Her admissions support her broad litigation practice across multiple courts and jurisdictions.
