He went on to receive his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where he gained hands-on experience working with the Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services and Crisis Ministries. His early work instilled in him a dedication to serving the community, which continues to guide his practice today. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
