Jason Kinser

Jason Kinser is a corporate and business attorney at Berger, Cohen & Brandt, L.C. who advises clients on commercial transactions and legal issues across multiple industries. His practice includes business law, commercial real estate, labor and employment law, banking and commercial finance, and professional liability. He works with business owners and operators on legal strategies that align transactions, contracts, workplace decisions, and property matters with practical operating goals.

Jason earned a J.D., cum laude, from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a B.A. from Northern Illinois University. His legal education followed service with the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division. That background, together with more than two decades of legal practice, supports his ability to analyze business risks, structure agreements, and address disputes involving corporate, employment, construction, and real estate concerns.
