Vince Taormina

Vince Taormina is the Founder and Managing Member of The Taormina Firm in Clayton and an estate planning and small business attorney serving clients in the St. Louis area. His practice includes estate planning, business law, and probate and trust administration. He works with individuals, families, and business owners on legal planning designed to organize assets, address future transitions, support business decisions, and reduce uncertainty around important personal and commercial matters.

Vince earned a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. His education included trial advocacy experience and followed earlier exposure to public service through work as a US Senate Page. His academic and legal training support a practice that combines planning, client counseling, business issues, and the preparation of legal documents for long-term personal and organizational needs.

Vince founded The Taormina Firm in 2019 and has developed a practice serving estate planning and small business clients. He advises on planning documents, probate and trust administration, and business legal matters. In addition to client work, he teaches Law and Business Management at Washington University’s Olin School of Business, bringing practical legal issues into an academic setting connected to business decision-making and management.

Vince Taormina is licensed in Missouri and Kentucky and in the US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. His professional involvement includes the Missouri Young Lawyers’ Section, The Missouri Bar, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, where he previously served in Young Lawyers’ Division leadership.
