Jason K. Rew

Jason K. Rew is an attorney focused on civil litigation and business law, representing clients across a wide range of disputes. Jason earned a B.S. Public Administration from Missouri State University before continuing his legal education. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he developed the legal foundation that supports his litigation and business law practice.

Jason has extensive courtroom experience, having tried many cases before both juries and judges in Missouri and Kansas state courts. He has also argued successfully before the Supreme Court of Missouri and presented cases in the Court of Appeals for both the Western and Southern Districts of Missouri, along with federal court proceedings.

Jason began his career path through early involvement in public service. He served as an intern for the Missouri House of Representatives and the United States Congress. From 1996 to 1997, he also worked as an aide to Congressman Ike Skelton, gaining valuable experience in legislative operations.

Jason stays active in the legal field through leadership and professional involvement. He serves on The Missouri Bar Board of Governors, representing Eastern Jackson, Clay, and Platte counties. He is also part of the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association and previously held leadership roles within the Missouri Bar Young Lawyers Section.

Jason has received recognition for both his legal work and community involvement. He was named one of ‘Missouri Lawyers Weekly’ Up and Coming Lawyers in 2008 and has been recognized annually since 2009 by ‘Super Lawyers’ as a Rising Star in Civil Litigation, along with receiving the ‘Dr.Warren Soloman Civic Virtue Award for 2016.
