Haylee earned a B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University in 2011, where she graduated cum laude. She later obtained her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2016, where she served as Executive Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review.
Haylee handles a wide range of legal matters, including real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and business law. She also works extensively in environmental and land use law, offering guidance on regulations that impact property use, development, and compliance with state and local requirements.
Haylee has developed strong knowledge in natural resources law, stormwater management law, and water law. She also assists clients with real estate transactions and matters involving WRIA #1 Adjudication.
