Jason Itkin

Jason Itkin is the founding partner of Arnold & Itkin and one of America’s most accomplished and respected trial lawyers. Known for his record-breaking results, Jason has secured some of the largest jury verdicts in U.S. history—including $8 billion against Johnson & Johnson, $2.25 billion against Monsanto, and $860 million in a Texas wrongful death case. Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts with Special Honors through the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas and received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he earned the Dean’s Achievement Award in Professional Responsibility. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple federal appellate courts, and state bars in Texas and Pennsylvania.
