Jason Itkin is the founding partner of Arnold & Itkin and one of America’s most accomplished and respected trial lawyers. Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts with Special Honors through the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas and received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he earned the Dean’s Achievement Award in Professional Responsibility. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple federal appellate courts, and state bars in Texas and Pennsylvania.
Throughout his career, Jason has achieved verdicts and settlements totaling billions for injured individuals and families. His ability to secure both courtroom victories and high-value settlements has led to groundbreaking recoveries exceeding $1 billion each for multiple client groups. In the last year alone, he has obtained more than $3.5 billion in verdicts and settlements, including single-client recoveries exceeding $200 million.
