Before founding Abogadas305, Victoria practiced with a mid-sized firm, where she managed casualty defense cases across multiple industries, including aviation. She later became a partner at an AM-200 firm, leading its mass litigation and class action department. There, she handled thousands of cases on behalf of insurers, gaining valuable insight into defense strategies and claim valuation—knowledge that now benefits her clients in personal injury claims.
