His extensive background across multiple professions allows him to approach every case with a deeper understanding of the human and financial issues involved. Scott focuses on creating practical solutions that safeguard his clients’ interests and provide peace of mind in difficult times.

Scott earned his B.A. from Eastern Kentucky University, followed by an M.B.A. from the University of Louisville, and later completed his J.D. at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. His diverse academic achievements, combined with his real-world experience, provide him with a solid foundation for handling a wide range of legal matters with skill and insight.

Before entering the legal profession, Scott served as a firefighter and paramedic, where he witnessed firsthand the devastating consequences of accidents. This experience deepened his commitment to helping personal injury victims recover the compensation they deserve. He also gained valuable business acumen as an executive with General Electric, equipping him to advise clients on corporate, real estate, and financial matters. His time at Baker & McKenzie in Moscow, Russia, further strengthened his global legal perspective.

Scott A. Kuhn continues to combine advocacy, compassion, and professionalism in every case he handles, ensuring each client receives exceptional care and effective legal guidance from start to finish. Scott is admitted to the Florida Bar (2002), the Middle District Federal Court, and the Tennessee Bar. He is a Mediator, Appellate Mediator, and Qualified Arbitrator certified in the State of Florida. His practice includes probate administration and litigation, estate planning, guardianship litigation, elder abuse, medical malpractice, real estate, and insurance law.
