Jason Giannetti is an accomplished immigration attorney with more than two decades of experience advocating for clients across the United States. He is a valued member of the legal team at FitzGerald Law Company, where he brings strong courtroom skills and deep knowledge of immigration law. Before joining the firm, he worked at Barker, Epstein & Loscocco, and since 2004, has run his own law practice focused on defending the rights of immigrants.
Giannetti earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He has litigated complex legal matters in courts throughout Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. His wide-ranging legal experience includes representing clients in immigration cases, landlord-tenant disputes, wage claims, contract disagreements, and criminal defense. He has also appeared before the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Giannetti’s legal knowledge is matched by his academic background. He has taught philosophy of law and justice at several institutions, including Brandeis University, MassBay Community College, Framingham State University, Regis College, Wheaton College, and New England Law Boston. Since 2005, he has also delivered public lectures on topics related to immigration, justice, religion, and philosophy across the Greater Boston area.
