Jason Flora

Jason Flora has over ten years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters. He has focused his career on immigration and criminal defense, serving individuals and families across Indiana. Fluent in English and Spanish, Jason is committed to providing clear and effective legal guidance to every client.

Jason started his education at Butler University, where he studied International Management and Spanish. He earned his BA in 1998 and then pursued his Juris Doctor at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, completing it in 2009. In addition, he earned an MBA from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business between 2007 and 2009.

After gaining admission to the Indiana State Bar in 2009, Jason dedicated himself to fighting for his clients’ rights. He has assisted clients with removal defense, asylum, withholding of removal, and cancellation of removal cases.

With a strong background in immigration law, Jason understands the many challenges clients face. His criminal defense work includes representing clients charged with offenses in Indiana courts. He builds strong defenses, ensuring that each client receives fair and just treatment.

Jason’s bilingual skills have helped him assist many Spanish-speaking clients. He ensures that every client understands their legal situation and options. His approach is hands-on, treating every case with the personal attention it deserves.
