Jason C. McConnell

Jason C. McConnell is a managing attorney at Mehta & McConnell in Charlotte, North Carolina. He represents injured people, drawing on extensive experience in workers’ compensation litigation and civil disputes. After spending about two decades defending employers and insurance companies, he shifted to representing injured workers. His practice is informed by his knowledge of how insurers evaluate claims and contest responsibility for workplace injuries.

Jason completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended Loyola University in New Orleans for law school.
