Christopher D. Mauriello

Christopher D. Mauriello founded Mauriello Law Offices in North Carolina, in 2004. He is a trial attorney whose work focuses on personal injury and civil claims, including auto and truck accidents, premises liability, negligent supervision, medical malpractice, dog bites, and wrongful death. His work centers on serious injuries and losses that require careful investigation, detailed preparation, and advocacy for injured individuals and families.

Mauriello received a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany in 1981 and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1985. He began practicing in 1986 and has worked across several state and federal jurisdictions. His education and trial background support his ability to evaluate liability, present medical and factual evidence, and address complex procedural questions in injury litigation.

Early in his career, Mauriello served as lead trial counsel for the Palm Beach County Attorney’s Office in Florida, handling civil claims involving traffic accidents, roadway design, and governmental immunity. He successfully argued a sovereign immunity matter before the Florida Supreme Court. He later tried personal injury cases in New York and handled asbestos-related disease and other injury cases after moving to North Carolina.

Mauriello has represented people affected by motor vehicle collisions, workplace tragedies, and incidents involving serious physical injury. His experience includes claims arising from structural collapses and other fatal or catastrophic events. He is also a certified mediator for North Carolina district and superior courts and belongs to the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Christopher D.
