Jarom Bangerter

Jarom Bangerter is a Utah criminal defense attorney at Bangerter Law Firm. Jarom earned a degree in Fisheries and Wildlife from Utah State University and later earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2005. After law school, he passed the Alaska State Bar and began working as an Assistant District Attorney. His education and early prosecutorial work provided direct experience with criminal procedure, evidence, trial preparation, and the practical operation of a prosecutor’s office.

Jarom spent years as a prosecutor and defense attorney before returning to Utah. He has tried more than 70 felony and misdemeanor cases to juries, performed hundreds of contested evidentiary hearings, and settled thousands of cases ranging from driving violations to murder charges. He moved to Utah in 2012 and developed a criminal defense practice focused on defending people accused of crimes.
